So, here is the book EVERYONE should buy and read if they race:

Also, here are two books, the first one I have looked at and think it is AWESOME:

  1. Paul Elvstrom Explains the Racing Rules of Sailing
  2. Understanding the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012

I think that everyone who races should familiarize themselves with these rules.
